Shipping Terms:
CostaRicaSuperStore.com takes the responsibility of processing and shipping all the orders that have been authorized and confirmed so that they can be delivered to each customer between the chosen time limits: the available days of the shipping method used. The company also guarantees that it will contact those clients whose orders couldn’t be shipped, either for charging or processing problems.
The time needed from the moment a client makes and order until it is delivered to him consists of a processing and preparing procedure, plus the time the order stays “in transit”; the last one which depends only on the carrier company.
The preparation of every order, as well as its processing, is done in working days, from Monday to Friday every week, so it’s important to consider this when doing time calculations.
We know our customers have different needs and preferences, so CostaRicaSuperStore.com offers diverse shipping methods hopping to give the best possible service. Each of them with specific transit times and shipping rates. Shipping rates depend exclusively on the shipping method chosen and the total weight of the order. The client will be able to know the exact amount to pay for shipping his order because the system will calculate this just before entering the credit card’s information.
These are our different shipping methods available:
REGULAR: This system stays active the whole year; it is also the most affordable.

PREMIUM: Exclusive only for USA. This method allows a faster shipping and delivery. It could also appear unavailable on holidays, (ex. Christmas).

DELUXE: It’s the fastest shipping method offered, “overnight” type. Perfect for those clients who need their order with urgency. The method could appear unavailable on festive days or holidays. It must be taken into account that delivery times vary inside every destiny country, so only “in transit” times are considered.

The “in transit” time is the number of available days the carrier company takes to ship an order from the moment it leaves the CostaRicaSuperStore.com offices in Costa Rica, until it reaches the destiny country. Once an order has been shipped, it is impossible to change its “in transit” time.
Claims and Return policy:
As a quality commitment, CostaRicaSuperStore.com will solve any claim caused as a consequence of
a company mistake and that avoids the satisfactory delivery of an order. It is considered
as a company mistake any of the following cases:
1) Damaged products, quantity errors on ordered products, wrong products (ex. Wrong taste or size), lacking of any ordered product: All this products will be reshipped in order for our customer to receive the complete order.
2) Orders damaged during transit: This orders are sent again to our customers as soon as the carrier company confirms the error, as long as it is proved that the damage was caused by packing problems.
3) Lost or delayed orders: This case is often responsibility of the carrier company, either way, the lost orders are reshipped so that the client obtains his order. If the order was shipped under the PREMIUM or DELUXE shipping method and it is delayed, the company will make an adjustment in the shipping rate charged.
4) Any additional tax charged by customs at the destiny of the country were the package will be delivered must be payed by the buyer due to the fact that CostaRicaSuperStore has no way to charge taxes depending on the precentage and volume for each state in each country for each product. Otherwise, the order could be destroyed at customs since noone will claim it.
5). Every money back (asked by the client) is subject to a non-refundable 10% from the final charge for restocking fees and bank charges.
The client must report all this situations to the carrier company employee
the moment he has to sign for the “satisfactory delivery” on the tracking guide. Therefore, it is the responsibility of our customer to perform an order check before signing for the delivery. Next, the client must inform CostaRicaSuperStore.com for the damages or inconvenience and provide his basic personal details as well as his order’s tracking number.
Only in this way our company will be able to process and solve a claim. Once a customer signs for a satisfactory delivery we will take no claims.
Money Returns: Money returns can be done by two possible ways: depositing the money back into the client’s credit card o crediting the customers account for further shopping, at his will. Whatever the resolution is the client will be notified no longer than 15 days after a claim is established.
